Cinque Terre, Tuscany & Ferrari (Guided)

The Cinque Terre, Chianti and Ferrari, guided, with the logistics taken care of. Eight days from Treviglio, seven nights and around 660 miles, with a tour leader, guided city tours of Siena and Verona, a guided tour of the Ferrari Museum and a party to finish.

The Cisa Pass crosses the Apennines to La Spezia, and the following day is free for the Cinque Terre, with the guide arranging the train tickets that make the five villages workable in a day. Monterosso, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola and Riomaggiore are stacked into the cliffs above the Ligurian Sea and largely closed to traffic, which is why the train matters.

Tuscany follows. The Carrara marble caves, where Michelangelo sourced his stone, sit on the ride south, then Pisa and the Piazza del Duomo, then a guided tour of Siena. A day ride through the Chianti wine region comes next, then the Strada della Futa over the Apennines, a road with a real reputation among Italian riders, to Maranello and the Ferrari Museum. Verona and its guided city tour close the week.
