Grand Tour Switzerland - 7-Day Alpine Supercar Tour

Seven nights and nine Alpine passes from Lucerne, in a car of the guest’s choosing, with the price quoted on application.

The operator notes that this is its own itinerary rather than the official Grand Tour of Switzerland. Lucerne opens it, with dinner at the Old Swiss House, which has been carving Wiener Schnitzel at the table since the 1950s. The Susten, Grimsel and Furka passes follow in a single day, with a photo stop at the Hotel Belvedere on the Furka hairpin, then the old cobbled Tremola road over the Gotthard and down to Locarno.

A private Riva yacht tour on Lake Maggiore comes next, then the San Bernardino Pass and the Roffla and Viamala gorges, and the Albula Pass to Livigno, where the hotel is taken exclusively and has its own wine and pasta cellar, with dinner at an alpine hut. The Foscagno carries the route to the Stelvio and its forty-eight hairpins, then the Fluela to Lenzerheide, and the Tamina Gorge and Sigmaringen Castle on the way to Lake Constance.
