Road to Italy Tour: 2026 KTM Europe Adventure Rally + MotoGP Misano

Fourteen nights from Bavaria to the Adriatic, guided, two thousand kilometres on a KTM Adventure, taking in both the Europe Adventure Rally and MotoGP at Misano.

Two events on one trip is the proposition, and the order is right: the rally at Gubbio first, where the riding is the point, then Misano, where watching is.

Erding in Germany opens it, then the Attersee with a visit to the KTM MotoHall at Mattighofen. Lienz follows in East Tyrol, then Obereggen in the Dolomites, Castelfranco Veneto, and Rignano sull’Arno outside Florence. Tuscany carries the route into Umbria for Gubbio and the rally’s three days in September. The tour then crosses the Apennines east to Rimini for the Misano round, a circuit named for Marco Simoncelli on a coast that has been Italy’s seaside since the nineteenth century, and the race weekend there is among the best attended of the calendar.

The choice of eligible KTM Adventure model, the hotels, the guiding throughout and the motorcycle logistics are included; flights are not, and the race tickets are not confirmed as included or as a separate add-on, which is the first thing to establish before booking. A navigation device is required. The price shown is per person for the 2026 departure. The dates are fixed by the two events, which fall within a fortnight of each other in September. Fifteen days is a long time on a bike and this is the most expensive thing the operator runs in partnership with KTM, but it covers the Alps, Tuscany, a rally and a Grand Prix without the rider ever having to arrange a transfer or ship a machine. The Apennine crossing between Gubbio and Rimini is a better road than its position in the itinerary suggests.
