The flagship guided tour of the American West. Sixteen days out of Los Angeles, fifteen nights and around 2,590 miles, with a tour leader out front, welcome and farewell dinners, two free days and a route that collects the Grand Canyon, Monument Valley, Bryce Canyon, Death Valley, Yosemite and the Big Sur coast.

The first week is red rock and desert. Palm Springs and Joshua Tree lead to a stretch of Route 66 at Amboy, then Oatman, Kingman and Seligman to the Grand Canyon. Monument Valley follows, then the longest day of the trip at 340 miles through Mexican Hat, the Valley of the Gods, Lake Powell and Capitol Reef to Bryce Canyon. Zion comes on the way to Las Vegas, which gets a free day.

The second week changes everything. Death Valley and Mammoth Lakes come first, then Tioga Pass into Yosemite, then the Gold Rush towns and the Golden Gate into San Francisco for two nights and another free day. After that the coast: Monterey, the Bixby Bridge, Big Sur and Pismo Beach, then wine country, Santa Barbara and Malibu into Los Angeles.

EAGLERIDER provides the motorcycle, the tour leader, every hotel and the group dinners. Fuel, most meals and insurance are separate. Riders can also finish at Las Vegas halfway, where a farewell dinner is laid on. For anyone who wants the American West in full, led by someone who knows it, and would rather not plan a single mile of it, this is the most complete guided trip in the range.
